Cristina Strahle grew up in Ecuador, spending her childhood days in a city called Ambato. From 2012-2016, she studied at The College of New Jersey. After graduating in 2016, she joined Teach for America Connecticut in the fight for educational equity. She obtained her Masters of Science in Education at Johns Hopkins University in 2021 while simultaneously working full-time. Mrs. Strahle originally began her teaching practices in music as a piano instructor. She has been helping students to develop cognitive awareness, memory, and auditory reception for ten years. She has served as an accompanist and choir director in Jersey City, NJ and Westchester County, NY.
