You have enrolled in a class or program (“Program”) with The Spanish Language School, LLC (“TSLS”, “we”, “us”, “our”).  Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all On-Line Registrations with TSLS are subject to these On-Line Registration Terms and Conditions.

By registering with us using our On-Line Registration System, you are affirming that you have read and accepted these On-Line Registration Terms and Conditions.

If you are Registering a minor child under the age of 18, you represent and warrant that you are the parent or legal guardian of that child and have the legal authority and capacity to register and be bound by the On-Line Registration Terms and Conditions on his/her behalf and by completing the On-Line Registration, you agree that these On-Line Registration Terms and Conditions and related waivers shall apply to that child, including Specific Terms to Registrants Under the Age of 18 (Below), and that it is your intention that by registering your minor child that these terms be binding not only on you, but on your heirs, administrators, successors, and assigns.

It is understood that for certain TSLS Programs, size is limited, therefor registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.


Payment of Registration Fees for all Programs In which the registrant is enrolled must be received in full before the start date of the Program.  Participants registering with a purchase order should follow up with their employer to ensure timely payment.

Registration fees are nontransferable.


TSLS reserves the right to cancel any course because of low registration or events beyond TSLS’s control. In the unlikely event of cancellation, registrants will be notified and offered the option to switch to a different course or receive a full refund.


Requests for refunds of registration fee must be received no later than 10 calendar days before the start of any Program.


TSLS reserves all rights, which include rights of translation, reprinting, duplication and excerpts of training material. No part or parts of the course materials may be duplicated or provided to a third party without the express written permission of TSLS. Additionally, TSLS reserves the right to modify course content and materials without notice.

If you lose your program materials, you may purchase a replacement kit during the course of your program.

To the extent you need to download documentation for access to services or materials in connection with your TSLS Program, TSLS grants you a limited, non-assignable, non-transferable, revocable license to use such materials solely for use with your purchased Program or services and only for your personal, non-commercial use. Such license will terminate when your Program other service expires or otherwise terminates.


You agree that you or as the case may be, your child, will treat TSLS instructors with respect and not use obscenities, make threats, or discuss matters other than those reasonably related to the subject of the TSLS Program.  TSLS may dismiss you or your child from a TSLS program or cancel your service if you or your child:

  • In TSLS opinion, are disruptive in the Program; or
  • Do not comply with these On-Line Registration Terms of Service, Website Terms of Use, or other TSLS Policies posted on this website or otherwise applicable to our services being provided to you or your child.

TSLS will not refund any amounts or provide any credit where a registrant is dismissed from a program or their services are canceled for the reasons set forth above.


in consideration of the acceptance of your registration and participation in the program, you assume full and complete risk and responsibility for any discomfort, illness, injury, or accident which may occur while you are participating in the program. You understand that depending on the nature of the Program, participating in the Program may be hazardous and you also acknowledge and agree that participation in the program may carry with it certain inherent risks and dangers that cannot be eliminated completely ranging from risk of minor discomfort to catastrophic injuries including permanent disability and death. You are aware of and assume all risks associated with participating in the program, including, without limitation, risks of permanent injury or death.


TSLS will not be liable to you or to any other person for indirect, consequential, punitive or special damages, of any character, whether an action in contract, tort, or otherwise arising out of or in connection with your TSLS program, even if TSLS has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Other than those warranties set forth below TSLS disclaims all warranties and conditions, express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including but not limited to, implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, and warranties of fitness is for a particular purpose. TSLS’s total aggregate liability arising from or related to your TSLS Program will not exceed the amount you paid for your program.


in particular, but without limiting the generality of the foregoing, in relation to the foreign language training services, TSLS makes no representations or warranties that we can help all registrants equally nor do we represent or warrant that we can make a difference in every case.


you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless THE SPANISH LANGUAGE SCHOOL and all other persons associated with the Program, from all liabilities arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the program, including without limitation any liability caused by negligence.


Subject to the terms of the TSLS Privacy Policy, I grant to TSLS the right to use photographs and/or video of me for broadcast or publication in TSLS marketing materials or any other media. I hereby release any claims of copyright, libel, slander, violation of privacy or similar rights that I may have.


The following specific terms apply to Registrants under the age of 18. In addition to those Sections set out above, namely ASSUMPTION OF RISKS, DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY, LIMITATION OF LIABILIITY, INDEMNIFICATION, and PRIVACY POLICY AND RELEASE OF INFORMATION, to the maximum extent permitted by law, I hereby release and discharge TSLS, its members, directors, agents, volunteers and employees the (“TSLS Parties”) from any and all claims, liability, lawsuits, or causes of action whatsoever for damages, personal injuries or death that may arise now or in the future as a result of the participation of my child or children in any TSLS Programs (the “Claims”). I accept any and all responsibility for and assume the risk of all such Claims.

I authorize TSLS to administer first aid is deemed necessary in the event of the illness or injury of my child/children. I authorize transportation of my child to a medical facility, at my expense, if deemed necessary by TSLS. I accept full responsibility for all medical expenses incurred for treatment of my child/children.

I grant to TSLS the right to use photographs and/or video of him/her with or without his/her name, for broadcast or publication in TSLS marketing materials or any other media. I hereby release any claims of copyright, libel, slander, violation of privacy or similar rights that I may have.


TSLS reserves the right, in its sole discretion to change these On-Line Registration Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Changes in these On-Line Registration Terms and Conditions will be effective when posted. These On-Line Registration Terms and Conditions are current as of January 1, 2017.

Our Agreement and these On-Line Registration Terms and Conditions will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
